Procedure
Check before use
- Check the box and make sure that the opening-perforation is untouched and complete.
- Check that all the kit components have the same unique ID-Number.
Proceed
- Open the box by tearing off the perforation of the box.
- Take out the containers and remove the cap by turning counterclockwise (avoid touching the inside).
- After collecting the urine pour it into the containers (make sure that you do not fill over the max. filling volume line). In case of collecting blood in tubes, put them inside the container (You can put up to 4 tubes of 10ml in each container).
- Take the caps and close the bottles by turning clockwise until a click is heard.
- Check that the line on the cap and bottle is aligned. Double check if it is sealed by turning the cap counterclockwise.
- Use the watertight bags for shipment to the laboratory. Place each closed bottle in one bag and close the bag by tearing off the white liner on top and press it firmly, ensure that each bag has an absorbent sachet.
- You may place the bottles back into the box.
- To close the box, remove the white liner, close the lid and press it firmly.
